Dedication

I would like to dedicate this book to all of those readers who are trying to incorporate healthy ways of living but seem to have hit road blocks along the way, and have chosen to give up because the pressure and stress of living a healthier life became way too much for them, to the point that they just could not handle it any longer.

For those who are struggling, I hope this book will provide a respite and help make your journey clearer and easier to follow.

My hope is that you will be willing to experiment with the information shared in this book and to see if it is practical, doable and feasible for you. If this book helps you in anyway whatsoever, then it has served its purpose.

My goal in life is to share my own practical experience and to raise human consciousness and awareness to the highest degree possible.
